The ESPA 6 Week Self Defence Course on the 4 Tuesdays of January 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th and 2 Tuesdays of February 6th & 13th from 7.30 to 8.45pm.
Location : Birchwood Centre, 171 Fortis Green Road, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3BG
Men, women and teens aged 12 years + welcome.
